Youth Athletic Training Program

The purpose of our sports performance training is to make your child a better athlete in their competitive sport. This training program will supplement their sports practice and take them to the next level by focusing on conditioning, agility, speed, strength, and balance. The techniques and methods used by our coaches and trainers will ultimately maximize their athletic performance. In addition to getting fit, your child will learn injury prevention and build upon self-esteem. Our safe athletic training is led by professionals with an athletic background experienced in youth fitness. Each session is 13 weeks and limited to 30 athletes with appropriate progression each workout.

Class Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 PM – 7:00PM
